How do I access webmail?
To login to webmail go to http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail where yourdomain.com is the domain of your website. You can also access webmail from our web site at https://www.earthmatrixhosting.net/webmail.
 
How do I access the website administration page?
To administer your website login to the administration interface at http://www.yourdomain.com/admin where yourdomain.com is the domain of your website. The administration menu is where you add/del users, manage mailing lists and view usage information.
 
What settings do I use with Outlook or other mail clients?
SMTP Server: mail.earthmatrixhosting.net or mail.yourdomain.com where yourdomain.com is the domain of your website. Non-profit or "free" web/email customers should use mail2.earthmatrixhosting.net or mail.yourdomain.com.
 
Username: Username is everything to the left of the @ in your email address.address>  
Make sure you enable Make sure you enable smtp authentication. In Outlook this is done by clicking Tools, Email Accounts, Next, Change, More Settings, Outgoing Server. Make sure the check box for "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" is ticked. Use the default setting of "Use same settings as my incoming mail server". If your version of Outlook gives you the option of "Log on to incoming mail server before sending mail" use this option (see below). Click Ok, Next and Finish.
 
How do I view my web site traffic statistics?
To view traffic statistics for your website login to the administration interface at http://www.yourdomain.com/admin where yourdomain.com is the domain of your website. Click "Usage Information" and then "Webalizer".
